Our tasty pizza is made with time-tested recipes and high-quality ingredients. Our own pizza sauce is used to top pizzas. Made with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and herbs, which give it a tone of flavour. The greatest local vendors as well as imported Italian cured meats and goods provide our toppings. After being built, we cook the pizzas in our 100% wood-fired oven at 350° to 400° using manuka wood to enhance flavour.
