The first licensed restaurant in Rotorua since 1954 was Ambrosia, which features a lovely traditional décor. With retractable ceilings, you may choose to eat indoors or outside in this beautiful setting any time of year. The big outdoor area with heating or the vast inside space with its colourful décor and finely polished oak flooring offer the perfect atmosphere for enjoying breakfast, brunch, lunch, or supper, meeting friends for coffee, or enjoying a few cocktails and tapas after work.
